Turbo Driftline

Turbo Driftline knows exactly what it is: a pure arcade drift racer. There's no deep sim here, just the joy of holding a long slide through a hairpin while the boost meter fills. Tilt or tap steering both work, and the tap option is surprisingly precise once you stop fighting it.

Tracks are short and designed to be replayed. The whole loop is chasing ghost times, shaving tenths, unlocking a slightly grippier car. It's addictive in the way a good arcade machine is — you lose, you shrug, you tap retry.

The car handling has real weight despite the arcade feel, and the sense of speed is excellent. My only gripe is the camera gets a little wild on the longest drifts. Minor stuff.
