About
Wharf Hub started as a group chat where four friends kept arguing about which tower layout survived the longest. At some point we decided to stop arguing and start writing it down properly, with screenshots and numbers. That became this site.
We are an independent editorial team. Nobody tells us what to cover, and we buy or download the games ourselves like everyone else. If a game bores us by level ten, we say so.,We lean toward strategy and tower defence because that's where our heads are, but we test anything with a smart core loop — RPGs, racers, card games, management sims. A game earns a review only after we've actually played it for hours, not just the tutorial.,When we pick what to cover, we look for three things: a loop that respects your time, controls that feel right on a phone screen, and something that keeps us thinking between sessions. The rest is just preference, and we try to be upfront about ours.,Everything here is written by hand. If we got something wrong, tell us — we update pieces when games change or when we simply learn to play them better.
Jonas Vikström — Jonas has been grinding tower defence waves since the early flash days and now leads the Wharf Hub editorial team. He still insists splash damage is underrated.
